When Will My Order Arrive?

Approximate arrival time depends on both (1) the order processing time and (2) the shipping time to the delivery address.

1. Approximate order processing times:

Non-custom made items:

We will make alterations (free of charge) as necessary to your covers before shipping to ensure a better fit.

• Semi-Custom Leatherette (all versions, front seat covers and back seat covers): 3-4 business days
• Easy Fit Leatherette: 3-4 business days
• Neoprene: 3-4 business days
• Air Mesh: 3-4 business days
• Faux sheepskin (all): 3-4 business days
• Non-custom sheepskin seat covers (SuperFit, Universal Wrap, Semi-Custom, etc.): 5-7 business days
• Non-custom sheepskin accessories (seat belt covers, car seat pads, etc.) : 3-4 business days

Custom made items:

Hand made to your order, please allow more time for manufacturing.

• All custom sheepskin items (including seat covers, console lid covers, headrest covers, floor mats, etc): at least 12-15 business days, if it will take longer we will email you.
• Custom leatherette seat covers: approximately 4 weeks
• Custom leatherette accessories (headrest covers, console lid covers, etc): Usually within 10 business days, but can take up to 4 weeks

2. Calculate shipping time:

Most orders are shipped UPS ground and come from our warehouses in Southern California. You can calculate shipping times from the UPS website and enter our zip code 92029

3. Finally, when your order does ship the tracking number will be emailed to you.
