About Our Sheepskins

• We use only the finest, 100% genuine grade-A premium Merino sheepskin from Australia or New Zealand
• Dense fleece measures approximately 1" deep (25mm)
• Will not shed, even after many years (when new, slight shedding may occur along seams which will stop over time)
• Stain resistant due to the naturally occurring oils in sheepskin
• Hypoallergenic, will not cause irritation or allergic reactions
• Will not smell bad, any light odor will dissapate over time
• Curly wool available upon request

Colors

• Our colors are designed to look great in any vehicle, regardless of manufacturer
• We cannot guarantee that the color ordered will match your interior, even if the VIN is provided
• For customers who provide a photo we will gladly offer our opinion on which color is the best match
• Colors are generally fade resistant and should last many years
• Fading is less likely to occur when not continually exposed to direct sunlight and with lighter colors

Safety

• Will not slide when installed correctly
• Rolls-Royce snaps can be sewn in (customer must provide snaps)

Care and Cleaning

• Light brushing with a wire dog brush and vacuuming will keep them fluffy if they get matted down
• Febreeze or similar can be used safely
• Scotchgard can be safely applied, however it is not necessary due to the natural stain resistance of sheepskin
• Spot clean with water and mild soap
• If a drink spills on them, blot up as much liquid as possible and allow to air dry
• For deep cleaning, sheepskin can be dry cleaned; never put sheepskin in washer or dryer!

• Rear Floor Mat Variations: Some vehicles with additional leg room in the back seat are known as "Extended Wheelbase" (EWB) or "Long Wheelbase" (LWB) and have rear floor mats roughly the same size as the front row floor mats. Please notify us if this is the case with your vehicle. We also offer the option to do a single standard size rear floor mat "over the hump". Additional charges may apply. EV rear floor mats generally come as one solid piece.
• Leather heel pad color under pedals: The leather heel pad comes in black as the default color. Alternate colors (brown, burgundy, gray, navy and beige) may be available. If you prefer one of these colors, please let us know by indicating in the Order Notes section on the first checkout page.
• Embroidered logos: Start at $85 for set up fee plus $95 per instance of logo.

Production Times

• Most custom made orders take 10-20 business days to manufacture, if it will take longer we will email you
• Manufacturing time can vary due to many factors, such as pattern availability, amount of orders in the queue, etc
• Your covers are made-to-order by hand right here in the USA, quality workmanship takes time

Shipping and Delivery Times

• All orders ship from our manufacturing facilities in Southern California, USA
• We use UPS Ground service for most orders and delivery can take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on delivery address distance from Southern California
• Shipping time is in addition to the production/manufacturing time listed above
• You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped

Returns

• Returns are not accepted on any custom made-to-order item, for any reason. We are proud of our work, guarantee the fit and quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any fit or quality issues; see full return policy for details, and while you're at it see our photo gallery for examples of our quality work

Warranty

• 3 year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials; excludes normal wear and tear, color fading, accidental damage or damage due to improper installation or use
